An excursion to Guadalajara Zoo provides the perfect opportunity for enjoyable learning through stimulating, first-hand experiences to all the families and students as children immerse themselves in the local natural world.

The New herpetarium at animal park that is considered the largest in Latin America and it shows the visitors, through its modern exhibits, living habitats of the world of reptiles, such as: crocodiles, venomous snakes, iguanas, and turtles among others. This large zoo contains over 2,000 animals and is located in a beautiful ravine.

Description of Guadalajara Zoo Trip

The Guadalajara Zoo is the largest zoo of Jalisco. Its location is at: 600 Paseo del Zoo. It opened in 1988 and in 2005 became Guadalajara Zoo Safari. In Entertainment  have children, at this entertainment centers, amusement parks, and water park next door.

The Nocturnal House “Huentitan… Naturaleza de Noche” (Huentitan… nature at night) contains an exact reproduction of the fauna and flora of the Huentitan Gorge, but in its night phase, so that visitors will be able to observe the night activity at the Zoo area of some of these animals.

Where does the Tour begin?
We have more than 12 vehicles to pick you up by hotels / residences in Guadalajara. Tours starts in a different place depending on the tour chosen.

What if the tour is canceled?
The only reason to cancel the tour city is due to security reasons. In which case you will be reimbursed at 100%

Can you pick me up in a private home?
When making your reservation you can enter the address and phone number to reach you more easily.  You will be collected at no additional cost within the peripheral area of Guadalajara.

Do you need to pay ahead of time to take the tour?
Yes, we do our best to make it an easy and simple reservation process. If you prefer bank deposit, ask for our account number. DO NOT WARRANT THE PROVISION OF A SERVICE IF NO PAYMENTE HAS BEEN MADE.

How far in advance should I book?
It is best to book early as sometimes our information systems get busy, power outages occur, etc.. At least two days in advance is recommended.

What type of vehicles are used for this experience?
All our vehicles are safe to travel and have air conditioning, in excellent condition for travel, and led by local experts.  If you would like a special vehicle let us know.

Can I bring food?
You can enter the park with natural, fresh water or flavored with all kinds of foods that do not come in glass. Guadalajara zoo as picnic areas with grills available. No sodas or bottled juices are allowed.

Can I use camera?
Cameras are allowed to use anywhere in the zoo while respecting security fences and the animals are not disturbed. In the aquarium photographic shots are without flash.
